Sanjeok (meat and vegetable skewers) is one of our family’s staple holiday sides! They are made with colorful ingredients like ham, imitation crab, green onion, mushroom, and zucchini and coated in an egg wash made with @Nelliesfreerange eggs.

What you need

tbsp all purpose flour

zucchini

oyster mushrooms

imitation crab
lunch meat

free range egg

green onion
Instructions
Slice the spam, imitation crab sticks, mushrooms, and zucchini into equal strips. Carefully thread each ingredient onto a wooden skewer stick. Sprinkle each skewer with all-purpose flour on both sides, dusting any excess off. Dip each floured skewer into the beaten egg wash and transfer it to a greased pan. Pan-fry the skewers on low heat, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve warm and enjoy!
