What you need

cup maple syrup
cup nut butter

cup soy milk

tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

tbsp chia seed
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the nut or seed butter, maple syrup, and soy milk. Stir until smooth and well blended. 2. Add the muesli, chia (or flax) seeds, and chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix until everything is fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed. 3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up the mixture. This will make it easier to roll into balls. 4. Once chilled, use your hands or a small cookie scoop to roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. 5. Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for longer shelf life.
