Made these dim sum-style sesame balls for our Sunday dinner with @edenfoods brown sesame seeds — extra toasty, nutty flavor in every bite! 💥

1.In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour and sugar. Slowly add hot water and knead until a smooth dough forms (add a bit more water if dry).
2.Divide the dough into 10–12 pieces. Flatten each piece and (optional: fill with ~1 tsp red bean paste). Seal and roll into a smooth ball.
3.Roll each ball in water lightly, then coat with Eden Foods brown sesame seeds (press to help them stick).
4.Heat oil to 325°F (medium heat) and fry balls, turning often, for about 6–8 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Let cool slightly and enjoy warm!
