30 mins prepServes 4
Creamy burrata with crunchy apple slices, crispy prosciutto, freah basil, and a drizzle of honey and olive oil— all over delicious, garlicky crostini!
It’s the perfect combo of sweet and savory.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your bread slices on top. Brush a bit of olive oil on each slice of bread and toast for 5-7 minutes. Gently rub a garlic clove over the oil-brushed toasted slices of bread.
Cut your apples into thin slices and finely cut the basil leaves.
Lay the apple slices on the bottom of a plate. Add the burrata cheese on top of the apple slices. Sprinkle the finely cut basil on top of the burrata.
Drizzle olive oil and honey over the apples & burrata and serve!
